This past Tuesday my wife & I shared a date night while we had a babysitter. My birthday landed last week and so we used a gift card we had received for Rivers Bend to go enjoy a lovely evening out just the two of us. We shared conversation, connected, and enjoyed amazing food.
I enjoyed the New York Strip and my wife went with the Crab Legs. Both of us enjoyed the awesome salad bar prior to our meals and then we shared a piece of chocolate cake for dessert.
My advice folks, make sure you ask "what is the market price today" when ordering something that is marked as "market price." We didn't do this for the Crab Legs and though they were good, we were a bit surprised by the price when the bill came. Overall they were worth it because we had an amazing date but it's good to know what you will be paying prior to ordering the item :)
We have been to Rivers Bend a handful of times during our relationship and have always enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the service provided. It's an amazing restaurant with amazing food and I highly recommend it; but it's not a cheap date so budget accordingly and know what you are getting into. It's worth the price and we had a great date!!
