May 2026 - So Many Visits
Okay so this is one of my favorite spots in Northeast WI for so many reasons and for that reason I have been here countless times over the past two years since my last post. I have enjoyed everything on the menu, more than once. The food is spectacular, the service amazing, and the people are some of my favorite. If you haven't been yet, you have to go check out The Kitchen Table.

November 2024 Update:  Most months of the year I try to challenge my self through a new discipline, and in November I decided to not drink alcohol for the month. This allows me to renew my health, challenge myself, grow and prove that I don't need a drink even if out with friends.

Last week I was at a gathering at Station 1 Brewing and since I wasn't drinking I decided to enjoy a Hop Water from The Kitchen Table with my dinner from there as well. The beauty of Station 1 & Kitchen Table is you can order food at Kitchen Table and enjoy at the Brewery if you'd like. What a great setup they have at these great establishments!!

June 2024 - #FridayFeature
Back in February I typed my first post about The Kitchen Table, and since then I can say I've probably eaten there at least 10 times. This spot is owned and managed by one of my favorite people and one of the kindest people you will ever meet.

She also cooks AMAZING food, and so this month in honor of a post I made a couple months ago about the best patios, I thought I'd feature her restaurant for my #FridayFeature.

If you are looking for quality food, with clean ingredients, I highly recommend going to The Kitchen Table. You will not be disappointed and I can say this honestly because I've had everything on the menu. The food is delicious and you can also enjoy it on the patio with a nice tasty beer from Station 1 Brewing right next door. So don't hesitate, head on out to The Kitchen Table today, and honestly you may just find me there...

February 2024 - Introduction of The Kitchen Table
Talk about a new concept for a restaurant in the greater Green Bay area.... Located right next to one of my favorite spots, Station 1 Brewing, is The Kitchen Table. Tricia and Lauren (Tricia's daughter) opened this in Fall 2023 to bring a new style of dining to the Vickery Village along with Chives and Spork. The full story behind why they decided to open this restaurant and bit about these two amazing ladies can be found here.

But what I am about to tell you is basically why I love this place, and it starts with the chef & owner, Tricia!! She is an amazing woman, who has one of the kindest hearts I know, and is always there for those around her, treating them like a member of her family. And that's part of the inspiration behind The Kitchen Table, to have a restaurant where you can share a good & quality meal with people, along with great conversation, as if you were family at a big kitchen table.

On top of having an amazing woman, and her daughter, running the show is the amazing food they have crafted. I had known prior to the restaurant that Tricia is an amazing chef, and now so many more people have the opportunity to try out her culinary skills and get to know her a bit more as she cooks right there with you in the restaurant. The concept behind the restaurant is serving everything either in a bowl or on a bun, because I mean come on what better way to eat a meal!!!

They believe in it so much that this beautiful print stating, "Buns, Bowls, Good Times is ready to greet you immediatly upon entry to let you know that you are in for a treat. And I mean come on, who wouldn't want to enjoy a date night with their spouse in this cozy establishment, or meet friends and share a conversation at the large table in the middle of the room?!?!?!

Now, regarding the food, this is probably one of the premier places in all of Northeast WI where you are going to get quality ingredients, cooked as if you were at home, so you can rest assured you are getting a healthy & delicious meal. The Pizza Bowl is honestly an amazing work of art to watch get made upside down, then flipped and boom you have a pizza in a bowl. Or how about the Oh My Thai or Curry Bowls, both jam packed with flavor and will make you want to come back for a second bowl. And in regards to the "buns" category, well I'm somewhat proud but also a bit ashamed to admit that my first night trying one, I ordered another, and within a week I was back to try the third. I honestly don't know which is my favorite between the Big Fig, Italian, or the Greek, so I'll tell you my wife's favorite (and she's never wrong) is the Big Fig. Oh and I did say that everything is a quality and healthy meal, and this is shown because Tricia uses sweet potatoes as sides for the buns, instead of russet potatoes, fries, or something else that is not nearly as good for you. But she does spoil you a bit if you get the Sweets, because her main dessert is a warm baked chocolate chip cookie, with marshmallow fluff on top. Um yes, you need to get one of these, along with a fork to eat it because it's melty and amazing.

So next time you find yourself wondering where to go for a dinner, consider checking out The Kitchen Table in Suamico in the Vickery Village. You will not be disappointed, I promise you!!! And hey why not pair your dinner with a great beverage from Station 1 Brewing because as you'll learn, they are right next door, and you can order from The Kitchen Table while drinking a delicious pint brewed by Pete next door. I have personally done this more times than I care to publicly admit, instead I'd rather swap stories over a Blue Nacho Bowl and a pint of an Amber Alarm, while listening to some live music put on regularly at Station 1 Brewing.
