As their website describes, they are a modern American bistro, but later on is where I think the explanation is perfect, "slow-smoked specialties" and "relaxed atmosphere" which is spot on. I have only been one time but the meal, service, and atmosphere were great. Unique spot compared to most restaurants in the area when it comes to atmosphere and it was such an enjoyable experience.
